2026 IIHF ICE HOCKEY WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP

Switzerland will host the 2026 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championships. In Switzerland, ice hockey is one of the three most popular sports and the Swiss Hockey League has the largest average attendance in Europe. Thus, the 2026 IIHF WM has the best conditions for a unique atmosphere that will enthrall fans in the stadiums and spectators on the screens worldwide.

The event logo as an element of a holistic CI, uniting in its symbolism the domestic plant Edelweiss with an ice crystal, is based graphically on sportspecific forms (puck and stick) with the Swiss cross in the center.
